Our agency provides web design services Australia-wide and also have clients in New Zealand and Singapore. Our core team is based in Melbourne so a lot of our clients are local. But no matter where you are located around the country, we can take care of your digital marketing needs. Our office is in Mount Waverley and we provide a lot of web design and development for businesses in the surrounding suburbs of Glen Waverley, Burwood, Moorabbin and Frankston.

Once your website is launched, our web development company will provide 30 days of support to make sure any bugs have been ironed out and that you are confident using your new website. After this we are available to provide support, content updates, website backups and software updates.

This will be charged at our hourly rate of $180, or you can subscribe to one of our ongoing website care plans which provides you with regular software updates, security scans, content changes, website backups and support.

You also lock in our ‘Care Plan client’ hourly rate of $140. We also provide a PDF instructional booklet which allows you to make changes yourself should you wish.

We will install Google analytics software on your new website and show you how to log into your Google analytics account where you can see a wide range of statistics about your website including number of visits, page views than the amount of time people are spending on your website.

Getting your website to rank high on Google depends on a number of factors. Building your website on WordPress is a good start as WordPress has some great Search Engine Optimisation fundamentals built-in. Creating unique and interesting content on a regular basis for your website is also critical to increase your visibility amongst search engines. But there are a number of other important strategies that are crucial for strong search engine rankings. We offer SEO campaigns to help clients rank high for keywords relating to their business. For all website projects, it is up to the client to provide all content that is to be used. However if you require assistance, we have a professional copywriter on our team that can assist with creating content. Ask us for pricing.

Whilst we like to be flexible and responsive to your needs, we also like to deliver what we promise within the time frames and budgets we have allowed. If you ask us to add new features to your website while we are building it, this may incur additional costs. We can add additional pages to your website at any time (including setup and addition of standard content) for a small fee.
